ALWAYS ENOUGH.

NEVER TOO MUCH.

Honoring your unique beauty in a way that enhances, not transforms.

Because your wedding day is the day that you should feel like the best version of your authentic self.

It’s more than just makeup.

Bridal makeup is more than the final look, it’s the entire experience leading up to the wedding day. With over a decade of artistry behind me, I know that clear communication, thoughtful preparation, and a calm, professional presence are just as important as the application itself.

Each bridal booking includes a comprehensive preparation guide with tailored skincare recommendations spanning 6–12 months out, the final weeks, and the night before your wedding, along with detailed day-of guidance. From a custom styling schedule to bridal party organization and even to what to have on hand for a smooth, stress-free morning, you’ll be fully supported every step of the way.

When you book with me, you’re not just investing in makeup; You’re investing in experience, intention, and the confidence of knowing every detail has been thoughtfully considered.

A Kit fit for a bride.

This kit is designed not only for artistry, but for performance; Long-wearing, camera-ready, and as life-proof as possible for your wedding day. Built over years of hands-on experience and shaped by feedback from respected industry professionals, it has also served as a trusted foundation for mentoring apprentices and emerging artists.

When I arrive on your wedding day, I bring more than products - I bring a refined, professional toolkit designed to deliver consistency, quality, and exceptional results.

While many artists require a preview for their bridal bookings, I understand that additional services are not always within budget or logistically possible given destination bookings. However, I strongly value the opportunity to have a preview of as it gives me the opportunity to consult with you in depth to create your perfect look. Many brides find that what they ask for is not actually what they want once they are wearing the look, so this time to make adjustments and fine tune your style is so important! The preview will be held in Gastonia, NC or at the location of your choice for an additional travel fee.

4.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Bridal services cost more because the pricing covers more than just the time spent on the day. As a bride, you receive a more in-depth application that includes extra skin prep, a customized approach, greater attention to detail, and a full touch-up kit to keep everything flawless throughout your wedding.

  • Yes, there can be. Travel fee starts at $25/artist and is calculated as $25/hr per artist outside of a 30 minute radius. There is also a $30/hr per artist fee for start times before 7:00am and occasionally the need for prior-nigh accommodations in the event of extensive travel.

There are no taxes charged for your service and gratuity is not included or charged.

  • There is a bride + 4 service minimum because most bridal bookings meet or exceed this number. As a business, it helps ensure a sustainable schedule on high-demand dates while maintaining the level of quality and service my clients expect. Additionally, high-caliber artists typically require larger volume bookings, and by guaranteeing at least four services for my team members, I’m able to contract talented artists who align with my standards.

  • I no longer offer airbrush makeup. Airbrush is an older application method that was once valued for its long-lasting, “life-proof” wear. Today, modern makeup products are already formulated to be long-wearing, waterproof, sweat-proof, and transfer-resistant, so that benefit is no longer unique to airbrush.

In my experience of over a decade as a makeup artist, airbrush makeup is not ideal for most clients—especially those with skin texture, fine lines, or more expressive facial features. It tends to settle into creases and can accentuate dryness and texture. Additionally, once applied, it creates a seal that can’t be easily adjusted or touched up without compromising the finish, which makes changes or touch ups throughout the day very difficult.

From my experience, 9 out of 10 brides who tried airbrush during their trial ultimately preferred and chose traditionally applied makeup for their wedding day.

  • Start by filling out the inquiry form so that your inquiry is officially logged in my records. This will allow me to respond to your in an official email thread in the order which your inquiry was received.

  • Any changes to your service count must be made by the time of final payment, no later than 14 days prior to the wedding date. Services can be added if the schedule allows, but they cannot be removed for a lesser balance than what was agreed upon in your contract. If someone who initially booked a service no longer needs it, the service may be transferred to another person, but it cannot be removed or refunded..

  • Like any other vendor, respected artists book up quickly - especially during peak season dates such as Saturdays in May, June, October and November. I strongly suggest booking your makeup and hair team as soon as you’ve secured your date and venue.

  • After over a decade of experience I have learned to value ingredients and performance over name brand or packaging. While my kit is ever evolving a few of my most staple brands include: Face Atelier, NARS, Makeup Forever, Danessa Myricks Beauty, Ignlot, P Louise, Made by Mitchell, Hourglass and Laura Mercier.

  • "I couldn't have asked for a better experience working with Sarah for my wedding day. I am incredibly picky about makeup, and, after having a makeup trial with a different artist, I thought I was going to end up doing my own wedding makeup. I wanted my own makeup but somehow better which felt like a somewhat impossible task to put someone up to until I found Sarah and realized her style is exactly that. Sarah is so incredibly kind and gracefully put up with my ten million questions. Given my concerns, she ensured the process was completely collaborative, asking me questions as she went along instead of surprising me with a reveal at the end. She was incredibly receptive to feedback, assuring me that all that she cared about was making sure I felt beautiful on my day. She was perfectly happy to let me use some of my own products that I'm picky about or let me do a step or two on my own which made me so much more comfortable in her chair. She also was a complete master at color matching as I am naturally very pale but had some uneven sun on my shoulders. My makeup stayed on all day, felt like me but bridal, and was incredibly comfortable. Sarah also was super supportive when my bridesmaid with skin sensitivities and allergies sat in her chair and made sure we were taking any precautions necessary. If you want a makeup artist who truly listens, is an absolutely lovely human to hang out with on your wedding morning, and who is primarily concerned with your happiness and comfortability, Sarah is your person."

  • "Sarah did my hair and makeup for my wedding, along with 5 others. The day was HECTIC, but Sarah came in, professional, happy, and beyond engaged. I didn’t have to ask her to adjust one thing, she was more than on top of it. The professionalism was just the beginning - her makeup stills were immaculate. Nobody (other than one) person had gotten their makeup done before like this. They each felt beautiful, confident, and didn’t need to touch up ONCE!!!!!! I highly recommend Sarah for all your makeup and hair needs. She had emphasized she was makeup guru first - hair second. But my hair AND makeup came out flawless. I cannot boast her enough, the patience, presentation, professionalism, and humanity shine through with Sarah, and I highly encouraged you to book!!"

  • "I truly cannot speak highly enough of Sarah and her work. Not only is she an absolute expert at her craft, she is one of the sweetest, most genuine people I've had the pleasure of meeting and working with. She was so sweet and receptive to my bridal party and made every single person feel so beautiful. Sarah really set the tone for my wedding day, I could not recommend her enough!"

  • "Sarah is THAT GIRL! I had the absolute best experience with Sarah as my hair and makeup artist for my wedding! I booked her last minute, and she was so accommodating and flexible throughout the whole process. From the moment she arrived, her energy was just incredible—good vibes, warm, and genuinely excited to make the day special. She’s incredibly detail-oriented and really takes the time to understand your vision. Not only did she nail the look I wanted, she made the entire getting-ready experience fun, relaxed, and memorable. She is incredibly knowledgeable, explained everything she was doing, and from the preview to the final look, she was SPOT on with any adjustments. She understood the assignment. period. I couldn’t imagine my wedding day without her. If you’re looking for someone talented, professional, and just downright awesome to have by your side, Sarah is the one. Highly, highly recommend!"

  • "Absolutely amazing! My wedding makeup was flawless, and it lasted all day and night. Sarah was so kind, professional, and really listened to what I wanted, going as far as helping me with my skin allergies throughout the trial and wedding day. She made me feel confident and beautiful on such an important day. Highly recommend her for any occasion!"

  • "Sarah and her team were the absolute best MUAs I could ask for! It's hard enough to make natural/minimalist makeup last on a normal day let alone a wedding day but my makeup looked flawless till 2am, even through tears, cheers and tearing up the dance floor. All my bridesmaids, my mother and mother in law looked so beautiful and stated it was the best professional makeup they've ever had. Sarah was prompt, professional and just FUN to work with, she shared in all of the giggles and gossip with us while we were getting ready!! Can't recommend enough."
